Hello and welcome to Balios Equestrian!
We are a small, yet world renowned equestrian breeding, training, and competing operation located in the beautiful horse-orientated town of Kildare, Ireland. We aim to produce the top equines of as many disciplines and breeds as possible.
We are made of a small, highly trained and specialized staff group operating under the supervision of owner and founder of Balios Equestrian, Arabella Rose. Although Arabella was born into the horse business, her family lost their facilities and a large portion of their money when she was only ten, forcing her to give up on her equestrian-related dreams until she began competing again in college. After many jobs training, handling, and caring for horses at various farms throughout Europe, she was finally able to acquire the beautiful 246-acre property of rolling hills, beautiful pastures, and pristine landscpaing Balios now resides on.
She staffed the new facilities with a few of the most capable individuals she had met on her travels, and from then on, Balios thrived. Only six months after its doors first opened, it received the world's attention after its young Friesian stallion, BE Barbosa, placed first in one of the most prestigious dressage competitions in the world.
Ever since, Balios has been winning competitions, breeding champions, and making the headlines.
